Garlic Shoyu Ramen

Shoyu was one of the first flavors of ramen with a distinct soy flavor. We pay homage to ramen’s roots in this dish with a light chintan broth and homemade noodles, topped with pork chashu, aji-tama (soft-boiled egg), menma (bamboo shoots), scallions, homemade age negi (fried onions), a piece of crispy nori (seaweed) and a slice of naruto (fishcake).

This is Chef Gino’s favorite dish because of its traditional roots as well as the satisfying full feeling you experience when you finish your dish.

signature Miso Ramen

Enjoy a blend of both red and white miso in our signature Miso ramen bowl. The miso flavor is very filling and comforting. This dish features our light chintan broth and homemade noodles, topped with pork chashu, aji-tama (soft-boiled egg), fire-roasted corn, scallions, homemade age negi (fried onions) and a piece of crispy nori (seaweed).

Feeling spicy? If you'd like a little extra heat in your Kuru Miso Ramen, we can make it a Spicy Kuru Miso Ramen with our chili-chili sauce.

Chef Nick loves both the spicy and the classic miso ramen’s unique umami flavors (so much that they’re his go-to ramen flavor).

Yuzu Shio Ramen

Enjoy the light delightful flavor of yuzu, a Japanese citrus fruit, in our Yuzu Shio bowl. This dish includes our light chintan broth and homemade noodles and is topped with pork chashu, aji-tama (soft-boiled egg), scallions, boiled spinach and a piece of crispy nori (seaweed).

This is co-owner Jesi’s favorite ramen dish because it is simple and light - the kind of ramen that is deliciously filling but also leaves room for dessert!
